RATES

State-to-State rate for this plan is 3.9¢ per minute anytime.

There is a $2.50 billing fee if your monthly usage is less then $15. This applies only for 3.9¢ plan. A 35¢ surcharge applies to toll free and calling card calls originating from payphones. All rates exclude Federal Universal Service Fee. Business customers are also subject to a monthly Presubscribed Interexchange Carrier Charge (PICC). Calls to Alaska, Hawaii are 16.9 cents/min, calls to Puerto Rico 25¢/min and USVI 8.9¢/min.
